Juanita J. Kuykendahl, 98, passed away on February 2, 2016 in Mesa, Arizona. She was born on April 17, 1917 in Springfield, Missouri.
She is survived by her sons, Thomas R. Garrison and Ronald A. Garrison, and her grandsons, Thomas R. Garrison, Jr. and Craig R. Garrison.
