  1. Our sweet memories of Marilyn are filled with many good times where we were included with Bob and her family for wonderful meals, and Hot Dice or card games, lots of laughter and many blessings of sharing in the love and hospitality that were definitely her gifts! May your sweet memories help to soothe the pain of losing such a remarkable loved one. We share in your loss and grief. Love, Gene & Judy

Marilyn and I met at Hampton, Iowa where we worked in the ASCS office and became good friends. She was a kind and caring person and very intelligent and the best wherever she was employed. It is hard to believe she has passed and her family will definitely miss her, especially those grandchildren whom she dearly loved. I am happy they got to visit their grandma when she was still on the country on the farm and I bet they had a wonderful time when they were there in Iowa. I can remember pictures of them when they were out on the farm running and playing in the grass and the wind. God Bless you Marilyn and we will see each other again.

  3. Your Iowa family wishes we could be with you today to celebrate Marilyn’s life. We are keeping you all close in our hearts & prayers. Please know that Marilyn was so loved by so many for her generous heart, her easy laughter & her special way of making people feel loved. She could light up a room by entering it–loved her smile! The world seems a little emptier without her in it these past few days. But knowing the love she shared with so many & in return the people who loved her back because of it, we will all carry her with us in our hearts along life’s journey. We are sending much love your way.
    Big hugs,
    Wayne & Lori
