Nancy Louise Hurst

Nancy Louise Hurst, 60, passed away on October 1, 2026, in Gilbert, Arizona. She was born on October 25, 1965, in Orange, California, where she was born and raised. In 1993, Nancy moved to Arizona, where she made her home and built a life surrounded by family, friends, and loved ones.

Nancy was outgoing, fun, and full of life. She had a generous heart and found great fulfillment in giving to others. She loved volunteering with organizations and found purpose in helping people and giving of herself in every way possible. Caring for others was an important part of who Nancy was.

Above all, Nancy’s children and grandchildren meant the world to her. She was a loving mother and grandmother who treasured her family and the time she spent with them. Her six grandchildren brought her tremendous joy, and the love she had for her family was evident in the way she cared for them.

Nancy is survived by her three children, Terry Hurst, Hayden Hurst, and Kim Hurst; her six grandchildren; her parents, Royal Lord and Charlene Lord; her siblings, Julie Carrara, Tricia Lord, and Doug Lord; and many extended family members and dear friends.

Nancy will be remembered for her outgoing personality, fun-loving spirit, generous heart, and unwavering love for her family. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, service, and love that will continue through her children, grandchildren, family, and all those whose lives she touched.

A celebration of life will be held at 4:30 on Nov 8th at the Gilbert Historical Society. 10 south Gilbert Rd. Gilbert, AZ
