Rick Joseph Nelson, 63, passed away on December 5, 2015 in Mesa, Arizona. He was born on September 7, 1952 in Des Moines, Iowa.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Nelson, and his son, Shawn Eric Nelson.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at 3:00 PM at A Wise Choice Desert View Chapel, 9702 East Apache Trail, Mesa, Arizona.
