About Ronald Wayne Sprouse
"My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever."
Psalm 73:26
"We are not going to be perfect. If we were perfect, we would not be human."
"You should be fishing, with a cold beer in your hand instead of missing me..."
-Lee Brice, Save the Roses
Ronald Wayne Sprouse joined the Lord July 16th, 2026 in Mesa, Arizona with his daughter & best friend at his side.
Ron was a charismatic & stubborn character. He worked on the north slope helping pave the way in the oil industry as one of the top three welders in the state. Moreover, he was a welding instructor.
He was a grandson, son, father, and uncle, and grandfather. He felt so much pride for his lineage. Those that survived him learned many things from his purposeful and subconscious teachings.
Ronald was survived by the mother of his children; Rhonda Lea Parker. Children Jody Wayne Sprouse, Steven Randolph Sprouse, and Amy Rebecca Sprouse. Grandchildren Raina Madisin Drabeck, Kaleb Anthony Sprouse, Xander Eugene Drabeck. Brothers Glade Sprouse, Jens Sprouse, Kenneth Sprouse,. Sister Karen Ranee Garcia and aunty Lucy Jones.
Ron lived for welding, fishing & westerns. We have all great memories of fishing with him to choose from. A wonderful angler, mariner, fabricator, and friend.
His wishes were not to hold a service, he would prefer that you all take heart and hit a fishing hole in his memory. So grab something cold and go outside and harvest something good to eat!
