Obituary
Debra Ann Wells, 60, passed away on November 27, 2015 in Chandler, AZ. She was born on November 19, 1955 in Mesa, AZ.
She is survived by her children, Kimberly Wells, Misty Wells, Jamie (Ty) Shuman and Justin Wells, as well as her grandchildren, Cutter Boyle, Riata Boyle, Fallon Shuman and Treyven Shuman.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 7, 2015 at the LDS Chapel, 2252 W. Mesquite St., Chandler, AZ 85224.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be donated to the Kidney Foundation or will kindly be accepted at the church to assist with her services.
